Curious after watching my nephew try so hard
He gets frustrated when he can’t sit still or finish tasks even though he wants to. I don’t want to jump to conclusions but I’d like to know what ADHD really means so I can support him without judging. Could you recommend something that explains what ADHD is in a way regular people get.
