Cancellation Policy

Deposit Only rates

This property has a 2 day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay, unless otherwise stated (see 'Things to Note' information).

Non-refundable rates

Your booking is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will still be charged the full cost of your booking.

Things to Note

At the Phoenix Hostel we understand the health and safety concerns of travellers and can assure all guests we are doing everything possible to make your experience safe and enjoyable.
Guests can check-in from 2pm on day of arrival (If arriving earlier, guests may leave their luggage in our holding room until check-in).
Forms of ID accepted:

UK/ROI Driving Licence
EU/EEA Identity Card
International Passport

If you do not have these forms of ID, and wish to stay here, please contact us. Guests can cancel their reservation up to 2 days before Check in date. After this date the full amount will be charged. Payment is taken in full upon arrival, and is non-refundable should the guest wish to alter their booking after check in. Payment is taken in full upon arrival, and is non-refundable.
