What subtle changes did you notice after your first guided relaxation session?

I tried my first guided relaxation session last weekend because my sleep has been all over the place lately. I didn’t expect anything dramatic, but afterward I felt this odd sense of “space” in my head, like someone turned down background noise I didn’t know was there. It wasn’t a big change, more like a gentle shift. Curious if anyone else noticed small things like that after their first time.
