Live betting is the best way to bet
Considering that the predictions are often bad and unrealistic, and that the lineups and form of the teams are only known after the match has started, watching the match and betting live is in my opinion the best way to bet, and it is the one that has allowed me to make the most money.
For example, last night I bet on Manchester City to draw in the 82nd minute, after Feyenoord's second goal, at odds of x10. Theoretically, the probability of a draw was low, as there was little time left and City were favourites and had led by 3 goals for three quarters of the match. But seeing how Feyenoord were playing and City losing confidence, it was quite possible. Likewise, betting on the scorers in live, based on their performance, has often won me money.
Nobody can predict the mood and form of a team before the match starts, regardless of their past results and statistics.
