The Importance of Dedicated IP Addresses in Hosting
Hey everyone, I’ve been looking into dedicated hosting for my website, and one thing that keeps coming up is the importance of having a dedicated IP address. I get the basics—like it helps with email deliverability and security—but is it really necessary for a small business site? I mean, shared hosting is a lot cheaper, and they offer SSL support too. So what’s the real advantage of a dedicated IP? Does it really make a noticeable difference, or is it just one of those things hosting companies push to get you to upgrade?

or smaller sites, a shared IP usually isn’t a huge issue, but if you’re running an e-commerce store or anything with user logins, a dedicated IP is worth considering. I’ve seen cases where websites had issues sending emails because of a "bad neighbor" on shared hosting.
